[Partition] Removal of Protect and Patience, via Buff Peng

This isn't really me suggesting as much as it is me gauging the thoughts of the other community members on this subject. The typical rationale is whether or not you want a certain buff on your character should be left at the task of an actual Ringmaster. This is true, to an extent.

Maybe one should also factor in the possibility that the server runs a fairly small player base on daily average log-in times. Ringmasters are scarce to come by and almost any and all Ringmasters you see is just an alt-character utilized by another player who dual-clients to their own convenience; meaning, the RM is exclusively for them.

What is the possible problem with the buffs in question?Many of the staple classes played on this server boast a large repertoire of self-buffs; the fact that the order of the buffs is pre-determined in a hard=coded fashion just makes it all the more difficult to allocate space for buffs such as the aforementioned in question that serve little or no real impacting purpose in many respects.

As a Blade or Knight, you're forced to sacrifice on some of your self-buffs in order to not lose important Assist buffs (Haste) slated in front which will be removed should you exceed your 14-buff capacity. You further have to cut down on your self-buffs when you combat mobs that occasionally give off de-buff effects (v15 121-126 spawn, Red Meteo, etc.)Also, not everyone's PC is strong enough to multi-client FlyFF to take advantage of personalized self-supporting.

One of two possible options could be:

- Removing both of Protect and Patience from the Buff Peng buffs
- Removing the 14 buff limit all together. (This is possible and has been done already on one particular private server)

What are your thoughts on this? Do you agree or disagree with a removal of Protect and Patience?

A buff like SF really doesn't have any place in the Pang line-up, I agree with you there. That should be a job-exclusive, but I'm still on the fence about Patience. I don't think it's necessary to have and in many instances, just a plain old inconvenience when it comes to allotting capacity. It's one of those buffs people should optionally choose if they would like it or have the space for it based on their class preferential.

Cause its just a buff filler :/

I'm all for getting rid of patience/sf/protect. I'd at least like some room to use all my self buffs on my blade.

One Way is : Change the Effect of Patience & Protect

The other Way is : Remove Patience & Protect from Buff Pang

Patience is important to some players with low hp .
I will say remove sf and protect only .
If not what's the point of players being rm ?
While sf and protect is one of their skills .
Example it's like what's the point of being bp when all job have asal . [hope you understand what i mean]

I agree with Naomi. RM's aren't needed anymore here on this server, because the Buff Pang already gives the majority of their good buffs.
I would remove the RM buffs.

if the 2buffs arent at buff pang, they are maybe 5rms more not more

they can only buff the rm buffs, but nothing more

if you're a experience player you'll make a battle rm instead or a normal rm .
so you can buff as well as do high dmg .
