Connecting problem

Everytime I started Neuz.exe I can get to the LogIn server and enter my name and password. Then choose a channel and a character. But when clicking on the button connect there is always a failure and the InfoBox says everytime the following sentences: "Cannot connect to the game. Please check the network."
I retried many times on every server but is doesn´t works. Can anyone help me?

i've got the same problem as Shakgan since yesterday evening.
i was playing, had no problems and suddenly i disconnected. nothing special but since then i can't get into the game anymore. it shows the same info-box x.x
a response would be nice, thx!

Maybe you just choose the wrong moments.
Most of the time it's, because Nick is doing something on the Dedi like editing Demo-Scape files or so I think.
Just be patient and try again, if not, connect me on Xat.

the 2 main reasons for this is, either you have used a capital letter in your username or you have not patched all the world and model files, these are needed to access the game as were using the map key world server,

to do the client propperly. download the installer from [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] and then use the patcher to patch like 10 files ( this client has been proven to be 100% fully patched if its not then your doing something wrong.

If its your username it will be because you have used capital letters and it will not put into the database if your using capital letters it will be deleted straight away and not be made a valid user account
